AHSIA wants each and every customer to be happy when they shop with us. We accept returns for any items sent to you that are defective or sent incorrectly. We will ask you to provide us a written note of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for custom items. However, if the custom item was defective at delivery, we will gladly send a replacement item at no cost to you.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have worn or altered in any way from the way it was sent to the customer (i.e. ironed, steamed or washed, stained, purfumed).
There are no refunds for shipping and handling charges, unless it is a shipping error on our part.
